Rated 1.0 Most unprofessional rude front desk. Dental assistant was very nice, but everyone else was completely nasty. I was referred here, Dr is on maternity leave, they did not tell me this until after my appointment. Worst dental experience EVER for my FIVE year old. STAY AWAY or wait until REAL dentist returns, (Not sure if she is any better) Office looks nice but staff trash.

Rated 5.0 After having a bad experience with the previous pediatric dentist my kids did not want to go back. Dr. Doan came highly recommended from many of my friends so I immediately called and made an appointment. The staff are all super friendly and Dr. Doan herself is amazing. She even makes balloon animals! My kids came out saying how much they love her!

Rated 5.0 I highly recommend Sea of Smiles and Dr. Doan! Our experience began a few weeks ago when my daughter fell and injured her front teeth. Even though it was closing time, Dr. Doan, had me send pics of her teeth so she could check for anything major. She then talked me through everything and assured me she'd be okay. This was all before we were officially patients! Fast forward to today, when it was my daughter's first appointment. The staff and Dr. Doan were very kind and kid friendly! The office is adorable with an ocean theme carried throughout the office and exam rooms. There is even a tiki hut-like room with toys and a movie playing in the waiting room. In the exam room there is a giant fish tank and treasure chest...anything to keep the kiddos excited and happy! Dr. Doan showed my daughter the tools she'd be using and explained everything in a kid friendly matter. The exam itself was gentle, and she made my daughter feel so comfortable. The X-rays were a breeze too. Dr. Doan ended the exam by making her a balloon animal and showing me tricks to flossing and brushing her teeth without a fight. My daughter left excited about her new toothbrush, treasure chest prize and balloon animal. I'm glad we found such a sweet and caring dentist!

Rated 5.0 Dr. Doan is amazing. After three consultations from other dentists she was the first one to tell me that my daughter had hypoplastic teeth. She and the staff then did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and in no pain when she had to have a crown and multiple filling done. She seems to have a real passion for helping children and parents with their individual needs. In addition to the doctor being great, every single person there was also so kind and helpful. The office is clean and high tech. When Emily was having her work done they gave me an iPad that had a video feed to the procedure so I could see everything that was going. There was a tv with a kid friendly movie above them in case she woke up so she’d be happy. I am so happy with my decision to have work done at Sea of Smiles.
