Simply Mithai is a halal dessert catering company located in Chicago, dedicated to providing beautifully refined desserts for all of our clients' needs. Simply Mithai provides American desserts, Indian mithai, and what we like to call our fusion desserts. Our fusion desserts are a combination of American and Indian mithai. Ambreen, the head pastry chef, has seamlessly fused India's most beautiful spices with the American palette to create delicate fusion desserts. Our signature dessert is a classic example, a honey coconut saffron individual cake. This is created with a layer of coconut cake, followed by a layer of honey saffron whipped cream frosting, then another layer of coconut cake, and ordained with a honey saffron whipped cream rose. Being a small business, we strongly believe our first responsibility is to our clients.
