The secret of Thai cooking is the delicate balance between the spices and the main ingredients so that one does not overwhelm the other. We are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication and commitment of our small but mighty kitchen staff. They carefully process shrimp for fresh rolls, grill each chicken satay to order, slice crisp bell peppers for curries and much, much more.
