About SLC Krishna Yoga Center

We offer yoga classes for all levels at both the Salt Lake City and Spanish Fork temples. The SLC temple has it’s own yoga studio, whereas the Spanish Fork classes are held in the mandir (temple room). Both of these settings provide a spiritual, relaxing, and truly unique atmosphere. Everyone is welcome! You do not have to be a Krishna devotee to attend. Classes run throughout the entire year. You’ll find a good variety of classes, including gentle stretching classes, vinyasa classes, yin yoga, kundalini yoga, and more! Best of all, the classes are donation based so you won’t break the bank while centering yourself. We suggest a minimum donation of $5 per person, per class, as you are able. Classes change daily, so if you wish to inquire about the specific type of yoga that will be practiced, please call us. Krishna devotees practice bhakti yoga, which means that their daily routines are a form of yoga and meditation that bring them closer to the divine. In our yoga classes, we do forms of hatha yoga and vinyasa yoga, which are the most popular kind of yoga in the United States.
