Rated 5.0 Great doctor-phenomenal practice.The feeling of confidence and trust is very clear. Used to avoid dentists and focused more on good care of my teeth, and now I still take good care of my teeth but found a dentist that is not rushed, creates a warm atmosphere, and is equally invested-- it's not just her recommendation or just my demands. The level of service and interaction compared to a large practice is like night and day. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5.0 Very nice clean modern facility. The Doctor and staff are all super friendly. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. Dr Nanduri was very gentle and gave me a complete and thorough checkup. I am new to the area so having a great dentist is one less worry.

Rated 5.0 We have been going to Dr. Nanduri for a year and we love her. She takes her time to explain things to you and keeps you well informed about what she is doing. Also, her office staff are very friendly. I also love the text messages that I get from her office reminding me of my appointments.

Rated 5.0 Dr. Mahathi Nanduri is an excellent dentist. I really like the way she explained the problem areas and how she can handle it one step at a time. I also liked one on one attention given to the patients by herself, not like other dentist places where the medical nurse do the main work and the doctor comes later just to check. I will recommend Smilezone to my friends and family.

Rated 5.0 My husband and I are caretakers for his 90-year-old father, who has Alzheimer's. On Saturday evening FIL said he'd lost part of a filling and now he had a razor sharp tooth, that his tongue could not stop touching. His regular dentist office was closed, and closed again the next day. On Monday morning I googled "emergency dentist in Reston" and Dr. Nanduri at SmileZone was on the list, with lots of 5-star reviews. I called Dr. Nanduri's office as soon as they opened on Monday morning and was given an appointment at 2:20 the same day! I had to check with my FIL about his insurance, and when I called Dr. Nanduri's office back to give them insurance information the receptionist said that they would be able to see him even earlier, at 1:30. She was so nice and understanding. The office is beautiful and calm, and the staff that we interacted with were kind and gentle with my FIL, who can be very difficult. I'm so glad we were able to see Dr. Nanduri on such short notice and that it was such a pleasant experience for my FIL. THANK YOU!!!

Rated 5.0 My previous dentist, who I adored, retired and I struggled to find a dentist that wasn't trying to push teeth whitening or Invisalign down my throat. I just wanted to find someone that cared about my health, and I'm so glad I found Dr. Nanduri. She takes the time to explain what's going on, what the next steps are, the costs ahead of time, and even calls me at home personally to make sure I'm recovering well. She and her staff are professional and well-mannered, and the massage chairs and personal TVs while getting dental work done don't hurt either. I'm happy to say I've found my new dentist.

Rated 5.0 I was new patient Smilezone. Front Desk was helpful and answered all questions. Dr. Mahathi approach in listening to patients concerns and answering all the questions is very helpful. Pros and Cons of each procedure has been detailed really well. Smilezone does follow-ups to ensure procedures that were done has not caused any issue. I would highly recommend this practice for Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
