We love hearing from our patients and anyone who may be interested in becoming one. Dr. Pandit is the owner of the Southside Family Dentistry. He purchased this practice from Dr. Bachofer in 2003. Dr. Pandit is a native of India and has been in the U.S. since 1979. He obtained his MS in Microbiology from the University of Louisiana in 1984 and worked as a Food Microbiologist for ten years. In 1992, he decided to change careers and started dental school at UAB School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Ala. Dr. Pandit continued with further training in Orthodontics and learned how to put on braces.
