Sri Guruvayurappan Temple in Houston, Texas USA is an ambitious and a desirable reality for all Hindus miles away from home. Kerala Hindu Society (KHS) is the organization that has initiated this project. KHS has acquired five acres of land in the heart of Houston and the work is in full steam for an earliest completion. We are thankful in the name of Sri Guruvayurappan to all devotees who have been contributing towards this divine cause. The temple operates per the rituals, traditions and practices followed at the Original Sri Guruvayurappan temple in Thrissur. Kerala Hindu Society operates according to its Bylaws and with complete transparency especially in regards to its financial transactions.

Rated 4.0 The temple modeled on the world famous guruvayoor temple in kerala india started in Houston a few months back . Although major portions of the temple structure are still under construction the inner sanctum has been opened for devotees for some time . Please read all bout the original guruvayoor temple and its legend here before you visit this place so that you can appreciate it better

Rated 5.0 A very beautiful temple constructed and maintained just like our Kerala temples. The ambiance and serenity inside the temple are just awesome and needs to be experienced. My fav time to visit is in the evening hours close to Deeparadhana when they also have jandhai most days.
