From the Business:Arana New York was founded on the premise that with great design comes great responsibility. Co-founders and sisters Gurleen and Ashwin K. Arana both attended business school on Lexington Avenue in New York, but their hearts were always on Fashion Avenue. The Arana New York Collections launches twice a year, Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter with our Premium collection launched in between. Pieces are only available for purchase on the website and only a select quantity is available. Our goal as a brand and as a design agency is only to deliver pieces that we fall in love with. You can rest easy and know that the piece you’re wearing was made possible after hundreds of iterations and alterations because we believe it’s worth it. Arana New York will provide alterations, after you have purchased the item please email us or direct message (DM) us with your order number and your bust and waist size. All tailoring services are final sales and may add additional time to your order. Typically, we request up to (1) additional week to perform the changes. We provide live tracking on your order and will do our best to accommodate unique shipment options. We require signatures for all deliveries. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. For other countries please contact us directly for more information and shipment options. Arana New York will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Confirmation, or Shipment Confirmation.
