Rated 5.0 Kind of surprised by the negative reviews on here. We order from them weekly, and have never been disappointed by the freshness of their vegetables. We pay annually for a delivery service. The only thing I would say is that they tend to give you more than what you actually order (but they don't charge more), so that sometimes leaves us with more stuff than we are able to use. And I see some complaints about their delivery timing. If you live in a building with a 24hr doorman, its not really an issue, but I see how that may be for others. I'd only say that I've noticed the really late (11pm) deliveries becoming less frequent. If you are looking for indian vegetables and other staples (rice, flour, lentils) at a reasonable price, I think their service is hard to beat. it sure beats trekking out to queens.

Rated 5.0 We live in NYC and have ordered from urban food bazaar almost 10 times now - and have had an excellent experience every single time. The customer service is really solid. If they don't have what you ordered, they call you to confirm you want an alternative. Once we received an incorrect box, and they delivered the correct one the next day - while allowing us the to keep the few things incorrectly delivered the day prior. Despite having a concierge service and fridge downstairs, the delivery person calls us every time to confirm that its ok to leave the box there. What else could you possibly want! Really grateful to have this convenience. Keep it up guys - wishing you all the best!
