Vajra Ayurveda promotes health, immunity and longevity so the body becomes strong and invincible like a vajra.Vajra Ayurveda was started by Vaidya Dori Ahern, who completed her four year study in Gujarat Ayurvedic University's Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Science, in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India, after 20 years experience as an Ayurvedic therapist.In the 1990's Deepak Chopra brought Ayurveda to the attention of the world, under the tutelage of my first teacher, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation, taught to him by his guru Swami Brahmananda Saraswati, was prescribed by doctors.Ayurveda has provided the missing link to the holistic health field. It not only offers detoxifying measures, but toning and rebuilding therapies as well.
