Rated 5.0 Truly beneficial and an excellent service provided by the instructor. Not only did my instructor provide a great way to understand my mistakes, but my instructor remained calm and friendly throughout my time scheduled. My instructor made sure my driving appointment was made as soon as possible as well as setting it up on a day that is convinient for me. My instructor also took me to the driving test and was there to help me through every step of the way until the actual test. When I took the driving test, I passed with 4 errors. Thank you to Varsity Driving Academy for all the help!

Rated 5.0 I moved countries a few time: Fortunately, I was able to swap my Dutch license for a UK one, which in turn I used to get a Canadian one. But with my latest move to sunny California, I learnt that I'd have to actually pass the exams to get a license. Quite scary! Especially if you consider I haven't had any use for a car in the last 10 years or so (try driving around London or the Island of Montreal!). So, I called Varsity and asked them to be my guide through the process. First, I spoke with Paula, who was really helpful in finding me a great match for an instructor. Bill gave me clear instructions, could point out my mistakes in an understandable way without ever coming across rude or irritated, no matter how often I made the same mistake over and over again. If I didn't understand something straight away, he'd approach it from a different angle and all of a sudden it was clear as day. Even if we only had a short time together, I feel like it made a big difference for my success: not only did he manage to refresh my driving skills enough for me to feel confident behind the wheel again and, dare I say, actually have fun driving again; he also helped me understand the "local" driving habits: invaluable knowledge for someone who found herself quite intimidated by the mere size of the roads around here! Since I don't currently have a car, I opted in on using the Varsity DMV package. Becky picked me up early in the morning and we drove to Laguna Hills together, we walked through the test one more time and she really gave me great advice to put the dots on the i and made me feel comfortable. That really took away a lot of the stress. I took the test and passed with 2 errors. Afterwards I was driven home safe and sound. Thank you all so much for your help!
