About Yog Saptak
Our spacious parent studio has its set up in Pune, India. Sadhana Kale - our Yog Guru and mentor proudly owns it and runs it efficiently since 1996. More than 400 people come and practice Yog every day. Our roots come from this place and it has given birth to Yog Saptak. We aim to expand and promote Yog all over the world. Yog Saptak is a unique concept combining Yog and Indian Classical Music. At Yog Saptak you can learn Yog ranging from beginners to advance. We teach Yog in the raw form without showing off flexibility and encouraging each one based on the individual's capacity. Yog Saptak excels in teaching kids and young adults.
