Rated 5.0 (Part 1)This review is way overdue! It’s long so I will break it up in parts! I’ve been super busy the past 4 months but it was on my to-do list. For my 49th birthday in 2023 I wanted an almond flavored cake (wedding cake) which is really popular in Louisiana where I’m from. I called all around—even to neighboring cities and all the bakeries said they don’t do it. I reached out to Shaher who lives in my community and she said she had never done it, but would give it a try for me. She baked a couple of sample cupcakes and they were delicious! I only asked for more moistness. So she baked me a small cake for after and it was so tasty!
