Rated 1.0 The worst service ever! Patients being neglected and spoken to in a disrespectful manner! No type of communication...patient information is not endorsed for the next shift!! Worst experience ever!! I feel sorry for the patients that don't get visits nor could speak for themselves!!!

Rated 1.0 Had a meeting with the Top Administrators on March 6th; wrote an email with complaints and a report on their best Nurse care employees to Top Administrators on March 20th, and still have NOT heard back from them. I was a resident for 9 weeks at 110 Grove Ave, Cedar Grove NJ, and I deserve a response from someone who cares at Hdqtrs. I have now sent an online complaint to NJ Division of Health. Shame on you!!!

Rated 5.0 I am happy my mother is being cared for here at Alaris! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and compassionate. They quickly identified two serious health problems and then treated them. The physicians assistant, Patty, noticed that the hospital had my mother on the wrong dosage for her blood pressure and once she corrected my mother's dosage, she was much better. Also, Patty quickly diagnosed pneumonia and treated it before it became serious. My mother and all her family are very grateful to have Patty treating her. The physical therapist, Peter, is professional and encourages her to do her best. She has made great improvements due to the physical therapy. Ada, the main nurse caring for my mother is always cheerful, helpful and caring. All the other staff are so nice and compassionate too. My mother feels very lucky to be in a place with such great staff. Thank you Alaris!

Rated 5.0 The facility in Secaucus is okay not the best. The weekend morning staff neglects the patients and let them sit there in dirty diapers for hours. This how we found our mother today. My sister had to wash her up and change her clothes because the morning shift neglected to do so.. unfortunately this site doesn't allow us to post pictures of the condition we found my mother in today.
