AramArt is a cultural, educational and entertainment center that offers a variety of services to the enthusiastic children and adults in the area. Ehsan Matoori was born in 1979 in Iran. At the age of 9 he began learning the Santoor based on Maestro Faramarz Payvar’s method. Ehsan Shafiee Zargar was born in 1985 in Dezfool. He began learning the Setar from his brother at a young age. Afsaneh Nozari was born 1984 in Tehran. She started to play piano at the age of 12 and was privileged to study over 8 years with Azad Hakimrabet. Nima was born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran. He started music with playing santoor in 1990 and studied with a number of renowed professors such as Pashang Kamkar, Siamak Aghaie and Mohamadreza Heravizadeh. The percussionist, composer, and private instructor from Plano, Texas, Brandon Carson (b. 1994), is a graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Jacob Johnson began studying the piano and music at 4 years old. At 8, he began studying the trumpet. He taught himself to play guitar beginning in middle school. Edris Hoseini Violin & Kamancheh player Edris was born in 1991 In Tehran-Iran. He started music with playing Tombak at age 4, later he started Violin at 10, and also Tar & Setar at age 14.
