Rated 5.0 I expected to spend a solid half hour to 45 minutes here since I had to do fingerprinting and passport photos, but I was in and out within ten minutes. It was incredible!! Pricier than APD or Walgreens but the convenience of no lines and one stop was worthwhile

Rated 5.0 Absolutely great service. I went in to get a fingerprint card and the whole process from entering the building to exiting took less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend, try going during a weekday since you'll probably get faster service! The building has a few parking spots, make sure not to park in the lot next to it because it belongs to the City of Austin.

Rated 5.0 I used Austin Passport Express twice - once for my Canadian citizenship application photos and again for my Canadian passport photos. I walked in at 9:05am each time and was out by 9:15 with perfect photos. Photos were accepted both times without issue. The staff is so nice, quick, and they know what they're doing. I will not go anywhere else for future passport needs!
