Most recently due to my travel schedule I had to coordinate a passport renewal and obtain a visa for travel to Russia on fairly short notice so I knew that I had to have professionals handle it since proper timing was going to be very important. Pauline was very helpful and carefully explained each aspect of the process to me. Everything was done on time and very professionally. I would like to thank them for a job well done. I look forward to asking them for help again by summer since I will again be traveling where I will need another visa processed.

Rated 5.0 Drew did a fabulous job of getting me through the passport renewal process quickly and painlessly. I had filled out the renewal form on the U.S. government web site and printed it out before coming into the office, so it took less than 15 minutes for Drew to check it over, take my current passport, and schedule when my new one would be ready. It was finished exactly when they said it would be, and I'm very happy I could turn it over to Drew and Pauline rather than sending it off to the government and just hoping for a quick return. Just make sure to bring your travel itinerary with you, since they need it to prove to the government that they should do a rush order.
