Rated 1.0 My mom was a private pay, they owe our family 3 days of money, my mom died 3 weeks ago! My father needs that money returned to give my mother a proper burial!! You did not have a problem accepting it!!! Shame on you! The place is totally under staffed! Not very caring either!

Rated 1.0 I was transferred fm HUMC to Wellington facility. I was there less than 24hrs and I signed myself out. It was awful. The worst was not hvg my seizure medications plus 3 other meds for evening and and morning doses. Missing 2 doses of seizure meds is extremely dangerous for epilepsy patient. There after a ruptured accillies surgery with weight baring ft. Cud not get up alone waited long periods of time for help. Broken wheelchair besides so many other issues. Never recommend this facility. Awful never Just so unorganized.
