I had a pleasant experience using their service. Special thanks to Nirav for being readily available in every stage - right from the quotation till the consignment delivery. He helpfully coordinated my shipments to India and Canada from the US. Their charges were transparent. I didn't have to pay any additional cost for 3 boxes to India as I didn't have any electronics. The packages reached in great condition to both destinations.

A good and reliable logistics service to use and I'd highly recommend it. They make everything pretty convenient and are easy to work with. Special thanks for Mamta for her continued support. I've worked with them on multiple consignments from the US -> India and from the US -> Australia since 2021 and haven't faced any issues. SFL is more economical than any other service in the market for air shipping, and are always available to address any questions related to shipments. Everything is operable through their portal, which is easy to operate(albeit slightly buggy at times), but none of our packages or consignments have been lost, and everything arrived in the time limit stipulated. Their team also take responsibility in following up with the core service providers(FedEx, etc) to provide any required updates. It is also commendable that we were able to use their services through the global supply chain issues during the pandemic without any issues!

I found this amazing company out of many from a google search and found it to be very professional. I asked for the quote and they email me after filling out basic information. I decided to call for more information.  A representative picked up the phone even after 5:00 PM PST without having me go over the maze of buttons and he was courteous. The company/call center is based out of Texas and the agent answered my questions about the process. For the shipping label to be emailed, he mentioned that the manager Karan Menon is not available (being a Friday past 7:00 PM local time)  and he will return the call the next day.  Karan called me back and explained the process.
