I've worked with them on multiple consignments from the US -> India and from the US -> Australia since 2021 and haven't faced any issues. SFL is more economical than any other service in the market for air shipping, and are always available to address any questions related to shipments. Everything is operable through their portal, which is easy to operate(albeit slightly buggy at times), but none of our packages or consignments have been lost, and everything arrived in the time limit stipulated. Their team also take responsibility in following up with the core service providers(FedEx, etc) to provide any required updates. It is also commendable that we were able to use their services through the global supply chain issues during the pandemic without any issues!

Shipindus took an amazing care of my belongings that needed to be shipped from New Jersey to New Delhi. I had loosely packed 4 different containers, but the staff at shipindus went the extra mile!! They helped repack all the boxes into one single solid container (btw they have boxes and packing peanuts and plastic covers in store). They even put bubble wrap around my monitor screen and packed it nicely for cargo travel. And all this with very efficient communication. From a cluttered 5 container setup to a solid looking 2 unit shipment in a very efficient manner. I loved the service and definitely encourage other people to use it as well. Please make sure you don't have any kind of Li-ion battery or battery products (trimmers, phones, cameras) or any kind of perfumes. Highly recommend their service!

This is one of the best and convenient ways to courier items to the destination especially if you are shipping only documents. They generate official FedEx/DHL/UPS labels and you just need to drop off near your location to these stores. Shipping is fast, economical and efficient. They charge almost half the price as compared to these official courier services. Happy with the service.
