Rated 1.0 How anyone could put their loved ones here is beyond me. I honestly was in shock that this place is up and running the way it is. The place is like one of those from a horror movie, reeks of urine and small confined old rooms. Patients roaming around bored and sad. If up to tou, don't put your loved one here. The first floor looks fine, go up and see the way it is on the inside.
