Rated 5.0 Given the fact that my case is a little challenging because of my Credit Rating and having already not getting my desired rate of interest from other Mortgage Lenders Banks , I have approached Shibu Jose from Cedent Mortgage and he took up my loan case with personal care touch and discussed with me all the scenarios and then recommended multiple options on the rate of interest for me to choose from , which I did like and then he did promise me that he will get the Loan processing complete in less than 3 weeks which he did in a very timely manner. He is the best in and around of Frisco, Plano, Little Elm and McKinney areas. I have so far recommended 4 to 5 friends of mine and they all have had the same experiences with Shibu at Cedent Mortgage.
