About Dr. Nami’s Integrative Ayurveda

Dr. Nami is one of the most extensively trained Ayurveda physicians in the US. Trained in both Ayurveda and modern medicine for nearly a decade in India, she has a post doc as a Vaidya Scientist. She has spoken at several international interdisciplinary conferences, community health initiatives and delivered talks to the nutraceutical industry and goverment health conclaves in India and the US, including the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health. She has international publications to her credit and had been on the Editorial board of the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine for a decade since its inception. With her clinical experience from the early 2000s, she can address a large range of systemic, chronic, degenerative, inflammatory disorders using insights from Integrative Ayurveda. She particularly has extensive interdisciplinary experience in cardio-metabolic health, neurodegenerative conditions (Parkinson’s Disease) and women’s health issues. At the clinics, she feels passionately about empowering people with safe and effective tools to enhance health.
