We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.

Mr. Areeb is a great teacher. I take the math course, and he teaches me very thoroughly. He also tells me riddles at the end of class which is very fun and brain teasing. However, sometimes classes are tiring.

My mentor is Mohamed Shalik for python level 2, and the classes for me have been simple and easy to understand. The mentor has been easy to work with and all the concepts are clear to me.

The classes are very easy to understand, as my mentor Vanita Kaura, ensures that i understand the concepts i learned. It is very easy to manage my classes whenever i am sick or unavaliable for the class, thanks to the admin Haritha R, i highly reccomend trying if you are learning from no coding knowlege.
