We initially had a disappointing experience with VNAYA Education Online Tutoring. We signed up for a plan with the mutual understanding that any unused sessions would be refunded by end of the year. Without any choices left after over a year we were forced to write a negative review initially due to the lack of communication and unresolved refund. Although the refund was eventually processed about a year later, it took multiple follow-ups via phone and email, with no response for almost over a year. On a positive note, the tutors were very good, professional, engaging, and helpful. While I do appreciate that the refund was honoured in the end and that we had access to some excellent tutors, the overall service lacked the transparency we were hoping for.
My kids absolutely loved going here. Mr. Rizos does a great job teaching Python, and my kids come back and tell funny stories that he told them in class as well (you guys want lemon!). Would recommend!

Math at Codeyoung My 6th grader has been with Poonam Yadav for math lessons since almost an year now. When she started she was not very confident at Math but after being with Poonam she has shown great improvement. Also she is doing very well at school and getting straight As which has made her all the more confident and Maths is her favorite subject which was not so an year ago. My experience since day 1 has been amazing so farMy experience since day 1 has been great although I didn't understand the concept of Python in the first few classes when we did a recap I still got there in the future classes. We later moved onto machine learning but I didn't understand the concept in the first 5-6 classes. We have a great tutor Divya Kumari who helped immensely and her overall confidence to solve the Math problems has increased .I would suggest to improve the exercise interface and make it more user friendly.

Vnaya brings up some good tutor for demo session but once you sign up they bring up someone having low tutoring skill which even struggle in communication or do not having tutoring skill. There tutor turn around rate is very high one day.

Highly do no recommend! When getting a demo lesson my self i was assigned with the head tutor who was somewhat qualified to teach so when i payed i got a completely different tutor who did not have the capabilities to teach me.
Stay far away from this company, do not pay them upfront for sessions unless you are fully satisfied. Got them to tutor my 12th grader,during the demo class they put their academic head as tutor and the after we signed up and paid.
Awful, could be a lot better(I recommend something like AGradeAhead which makes your kid actually interact with people).I feel sad i have to rate this

My Son went here for Math tution for few months. I do not have any complaint on the knowledge of the tutors, but they are very inconsistent and every alternate class, canceled stating internet or any other issues. It is just waste of everyone's time in the home as you don't make any other plan. Worst part is they don't inform about it in advance also. Again, I have to cancel it not because of the tutors knoweldge, but bcause, tutors got changed, and they are not regular.
