About Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center
Our Nurses are all Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses. Our Certified Nursing Assistants are paired with our residents permanently to develop close relationships. We believe that developing bonds between our residents and staff will maximize recovery and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide skilled nursing in the areas of wound management, nutritional support and cardiac and respiratory services. The nursing department works closely with other departments including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and the recreation departments to enhance the resident's progress. We are a restraint free facility. Restorative nursing care is offered in order to maximize therapy and achieve independent functioning. Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center provides comprehensive rehabilitation services designed to restore and/or maitain our residents' abilities to their highest level of functioning.We recognize that choosing a nursing center for your loved one can be a difficult decision. As experienced professionals we have helped many people make the choice with ease and comfort by providing all the information that they need to make an informed decision.

Rated 5.0 Thank you for helping my mother during her rehabilitation @ Elizabeth Nursing & Rehab Center. The place is very nice with a beautiful garden and a fountain! The nurses, aides and managament are all very patient and available to answer questions and the staff also speaks Spanish. My Mother got better and able to go home happy. In case she gets sick again, I will bring her back here!

I am very thankful to the nurses, especially Roxanne, RN and other staff members. Thank you for the kindness of Maria, Director of Activities Dept., for bringing my newspapers, mails and other packages. I am also very grateful to Rachel from Social Services, for helping me find a place to stay in the community.

Upon admission, the staff took care of her needs right away, was seen by the Speech therapist, food was superb, the nurses are so caring and compassionate, the nurses aides were very attentive and gave her a bath and donned on clean clothes on admission, as she had a long stay in the hospital.. after her ,

Elizabeth Nursing Home & Rehab Center took care him of him, helped him walk again, healed his wounds and now ready to move on and go back to the community and enjoy the rest of his life! My mother considers Elizabeth Nursing Rehab Center as her 2nd home. They smile and are attentive, the nurses are knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the excellente Therapy!
