About Everything Zen Yoga

We offer private, group and corporate yoga instruction. As well as a registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. Hi I am Rose! I am the owner of Everything Zen Yoga. We use to be a ‘brick and mortar’ studio that you could take daily classes at but have now expanded our horizons and offer the flexibility to offer yoga throughout Central Florida. I now offer private and corporate yoga instruction as well as workshops and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the help of my yogi confidants.

Rated 5.0 EZY is a wonderful studio to begin your journey into yoga or if you are experienced, to continue to improve and expand your practice. The teachers all want you to have a great experience, laugh, have fun while making sure you are safe. No judgments, yet they all encourage you to advance at your own ability. Everyone is supportive and positive. I especially like that the teachers are mindful of alignment. They also are open to suggestions regarding specific needs for each class and student. Come and join the fun.

Rated 5.0 Love all the teachers, the diverse class offerings, and all of the other students. EZY is the perfect place to start your practice if you've never tried yoga before, and the perfect place to grow your practice! EZY teachers are supportive, encouraging, and attentive to student's needs and abilities. Teachers and students alike are all non-judgmental of others abilities, which provides a fun, safe place to practice.
