About Face Yoga With Urvashi

Urvashi Maru a Certified Personal Trainer and a current student of Sports Nutrition as well as a Certified Face Yoga Method Instructor and a yoga enthusiast(I was born and raised in India, the birthplace of Yoga), a mom and avid traveler as well as passionate learner of new and exciting things that life has to offer !! Face Yoga incorporates principles that I believe in, to have natural, healthy skin. The goal is to use facial exercises, mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle to get u a toned and lifted face without Botox in fun and short exercises. Face Yoga has benefited my face tremendously and I love the results and as a Certified Face Yoga Teacher I love being able to share my knowledge with my students, witness them reverse the signs of aging naturally, improve their skin and more importantly, share in the JOY that comes when they start to find their GLOW both inside and out! Rated 4.0 I have been practicing traditional yoga for a long time. Recently I tried face yoga for the first time with Urvashi and oh boy, it was such a unique experience!! I have been following the instructions she provided for the past few weeks and I certainly feel my skin is healthier and refreshed. Urvashi is super detail oriented, focused and knowledgeable on this topic. Definitely recommended!!

Rated 4.0 I did a session in December and was very relaxed and calm afterwards! Urvashi was very detail oriented and to the point about everything from the skin care routines and lifestyle changes to follow as well as the personalized poses to do for an individuals problem areas! Moreover her daily messages and followups are very encouraging and I have already started to see positive results ! Would highly recommend FaceYoga with Urvashi!

Rated 4.0 The information that she gives is to the point and has scientific backing. She explains the entire process very well and small changes in the daily routine that she made me do has made lot of difference. After each session i feel relaxed and my skin feels rejuvenated. Also she follows up with me on a regular basis that keeps me motivated. I highly recommend face yoga session by Urvashi. It is completely natural and a must try.
