When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. I did not want to pay for another plan where I could not understand why the plan was any better than what I had. When I expressed this concern, Sukesh explanined how he does things, how he can help limit risk for the sought return and made me see value to hiring him. He paid attention to all the small details me and my husband missed, got it all straightened out and I got back over $3,000 on refund. Karan treated me so fair on the pricing and work and I honestly can’t thank him enough for the enormous effort and attention to detail he provided at every turn. We've been using Jay Shah from Virtual Accounting since 2016 and I can only say that it's been the best Accounting decision we've made. He's very thorough and prompt with his compilations and reports. We need to submit Financial Audits every year and Jay has been very diligently providing all extensive Bookkeeping reports to our CPA to assist him with the Audit. He also assists us with business forecasting, budgeting resources and utilizing receivables tracking mechanisms. All in all I would've given him a Seven Star rating if it was available.

I used Mr Jagdish's service for personal tax prep and he did an overall excellent job for a very reasonable price. My case was a little complicated and he was thorough in his manner and patient in answering my questions. I tried another service before him, rated highly on Sulekha and they were a horror story- weeks of back and forth, constantly having to follow up. In this business timeliness and communication are as important as skills and on that front, Mr Jagdish was very professional in his communication and quick to reply. As the name suggests, Virtual Accounting is a remote service and is completely online; I don't live in NJ (out of state) and that was no issue. No messy in-person meetings and physical mails! Definitely recommend!

I reached out to Mr.Jagdish as we were looking for some help this year. We had to file an additional state tax and we had a few additional questions this year and so we decided to pay for a CPA. I'm so glad we did! First, Mr.Jagdish is extremely professional and very responsive. He responded within 15 minutes of sending a generic request over email on a Saturday afternoon. Second, he sent timely reminders to send over additional documents so the process didn't stall for too long. I've heard that the first year with a CPA can be a bit rougher than expected, because everybody is getting to know each other, loads of finances to share, and general confusion of moving up in finances by employing a CPA. I will be honest that it was quite a bit different than I expected and at times I wasn't sure getting a CPA was the right move (not specifically Jack & Vini, just a CPA in general). But after each conversation with Jack & Vini, I learned so much about my finances, both personal and business. They made a lot of the process really easy and smooth, and answered any question my husband and I had. They even gave some great advice on how to get more money out of our return for this year and next. I'm excited to see how next tax season goes, which is crazy, because I usually despise tax season. This firm provide accounting services at the highest quality. It is one of service providers listed on the NC website for a complete tax accounting. I got this after a worst experience with another company to get my tax return done during 2020 and 2021. The company approached me with a discounted offer for the first time but in doing so they chose an easy route for my dependents who do not have TIN. As I found out later, the company was not certified to process TIN on behalf of the client. This has resulted me to lose $3k due to fake offerings. This time, I did proper search including the recommendation on the NC website that landed me to the current company. I was impressed by their service with advanced document processing platform, staff ready to listen your cases and consider appropriate solution and payment plan, and excellent professional service. I highly recommend the company for anyone new to the US tax system and others in need of quality service.
