PERTEX Roofing & Construction is very happy with the services from SG INC CPA since 2019 we have been using their services. When I first met Sukesh 6 months ago at information session, even though I was impressed with his knowledge, I was unsure whether I wanted to go thru another exercise, esp having done a couple of plans previously. I did not want to pay for another plan where I could not understand why the plan was any better than what I had. When I expressed this concern, Sukesh explanined how he does things, how he can help limit risk for the sought return and made me see value to hiring him. Like me, Sukesh is an engineer by training (but from IIT, the most elite school in India). So he could understand me extremely well as a client. He brings to the table a rare combination of financial planning skills and analytical abilities. Due to his superb analytical skills, he would crunch numbers to show why a certain plan was better than an alternative, something no other planner I have met could do. Very patient, customer focused and always open to looking at alternate ideas, even if it questions his own recommendations. Over the course of 6 weeks we diligently worked on a plan that both of us felt good about and that he then helped execute. The service he gave was worth every penny I paid for. This is my 3rd year of doing taxes and to say the least, I’m extremely satisfied and happy with the services I get. I have been filing taxes for last several years now but I’m glad I shifted to do taxes with Manage My Taxes. Tax year 2014 was a year of significant change for my wife and I. I contacted Karan Malhotra, CPA and his company Agog Financials, Inc. back in March as I needed to submit amendments to 2012 taxes. I was looking to get my taxes done professionally in a short amount of time and luckily I was able to find Karan Malhotra. He paid attention to all the small details me and my husband missed, got it all straightened out and I got back over $3,000 on refund. Karan treated me so fair on the pricing and work and I honestly can’t thank him enough for the enormous effort and attention to detail he provided at every turn. He’s a great communicator; an excellent CPA, meets the deadline he promised and answers all your questions. He is very clear, concise, and exact as possible on providing tax information. He uses English very well to make tax thoughts very clear and simple. He also provide a lot of his views on ways to work with tax situations. There is a difference between a CPA and a certified tax preparer. Make sure you understand what that is and the implications of using a preparer before using anyone who isn’t a CPA. I’m probably just a small customer in terms of the complexity of my return and my annual tax preparation fee, but I appreciate that he was always available for my tax-related questions. I feel comfortable recommending his services to anyone. We've been using Jay Shah from Virtual Accounting since 2016 and I can only say that it's been the best Accounting decision we've made. He's very thorough and prompt with his compilations and reports. We need to submit Financial Audits every year and Jay has been very diligently providing all extensive Bookkeeping reports to our CPA to assist him with the Audit. He also assists us with business forecasting, budgeting resources and utilizing receivables tracking mechanisms. All in all I would've given him a Seven Star rating if it was available.

I used Mr Jagdish's service for personal tax prep and he did an overall excellent job for a very reasonable price. My case was a little complicated and he was thorough in his manner and patient in answering my questions. I tried another service before him, rated highly on Sulekha and they were a horror story- weeks of back and forth, constantly having to follow up. In this business timeliness and communication are as important as skills and on that front, Mr Jagdish was very professional in his communication and quick to reply. As the name suggests, Virtual Accounting is a remote service and is completely online; I don't live in NJ (out of state) and that was no issue. No messy in-person meetings and physical mails! Definitely recommend!

I reached out to Mr.Jagdish as we were looking for some help this year. We had to file an additional state tax and we had a few additional questions this year and so we decided to pay for a CPA. I'm so glad we did! First, Mr.Jagdish is extremely professional and very responsive. He responded within 15 minutes of sending a generic request over email on a Saturday afternoon. Second, he sent timely reminders to send over additional documents so the process didn't stall for too long. Third, after completing our taxes he did a comparative analysis of how our taxes/withholding changed from the previous year. Fourth, we had some questions that required additional research and he was extremely thorough and charged a reasonable fee for his consultation. Finally, we are buying a home this year and we are going to schedule a follow up session to optimize our withholdings and retirement savings in order to avoid lumpy tax bill next season. Very rarely, you find a CPA and tax accounting practice that actually gives advice. I had such a bad experience with some of the CPA that advertise on the radio. The hardest part of any CPA practice is to give time to its customers, and that's what NRI tax group does. They gave me enough time while filing my taxes.
