Rated 4.0 I did NOT see a doctor; however, the staff members were most kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the cast array of services provided.

Rated 3.0 I would've given 5 stars but this year, I have made several attempts to call for an appointment left messages and no one ever calls me back. I drove past there to make sure they were still open. I've had facials, exfoliations and even bought his products last year with no problem but this year I can't seem to get an appointment not sure what is going on there. The actual services are a 5 but the customer service is 1 which made the average 3 stars..

Rated 1.0 I have contacted the office more than three times to schedule an appointment, leaving messages each time; I have yet to receive a return call. If this is exemplary of the service I will receive pre and post procedire, I am going to pass.

Rated 4.0 It was ok. Nothing special. Very clinical, which maybe I should have expected. However I have had dermabrasion done previously at other places and was made more comfortable with a more spa like experience.

Rated 1.0 very difficult to make an appointment. booked up for months. When I finally did make an appointment, I called the office to get better directions, but no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the office, there were two girls behind the glass. No other customers were in the office. Very upsetting to me that they could not answer the phone when I called. The girl behind the glass, with fake 1 inch nails was the person who gave me my facial. Not very professional, in my opinion.

The fact that he’s trained his assistants to do more than schedule appointments and answer telephones kudos to him others would have to pay top dollar for what he’s given to them due to his unwavering passion and commitment. I’ve been coming to flawless for 7 years because I’m worth having the Best surgeon and that is Dr Elton Tinsley!
