Rated 5.0 I was treated like royalty and have been enjoying my classes at this studio. It's not an easy class to master so if someone has given bad reviews they are not willing to do the class. It's a heated room so be prepared to sweat bring a towel and showers are available. Please give this type of yoga a chance it can change your life. Yes the room is carpeted which gives more padding to your body, I've done it on wood floors before but it was not as comfortable.
