About JIVA Hot Yoga Studio

JIVA Hot Yoga studio was a long time dream for hot yoga enthusiast Sybil Terrell. She began her yoga journey when she first stepped into a Bikram class in 2010. She fell in love with the transformative effects of combining yoga postures and heat. She received her certification in the Barkan method in 2013 and Broga in 2014 and is a Yoga Alliance RYT. Sybil gives great thanks to all her teachers past, present and future. All along her journey she has been lovingly guided by her sister, Sharon Osorio, a 200hr Yoga Alliance RYT. Sharon continues to assist Sybil taking the role of manager of JIVA Hot Yoga studio. Sharon received her certification in 2010 in Soul Sweat Asana under the guidance of Wendy Gross-Pinto. She gives thanks to Wendy and her many teachers, past, present and future. Sybil and Sharon both believe in the power of yoga and the many benefits of combining postures with heat such as stress release, increased metabolism and increased flexibility. Come check us out!
