Rated 5.0 Went as a teenager for the summer program and met some wonderful people that im still friends with. Was certainly one of my best memories growing up and I went twice actually. At the time they had us all bunk at a cabin by the lake and we participated in activities with the counselors such as creating music, arts, yoga, meditation exercises, swimming....etc etc etc . It was wonderful, beautiful, and secluded...during the day we went to the main campus which is the actual Kripalu site and engaged in different forms of yoga & dance, while for our meals we fed from their vegetarian and organic buffet. I actually need to go back. Now that I wrote this. Maybe for a mini cation! Xoxo

Rated 5.0 I've been to kripalu a few times, and each time is such an amazing experience. I primarily go for meditation programs, and feeling the energy takes my practice to a new level. I love meeting new people and have kept in touch with some of them. It's truly been a life changing experience for me.

Rated 5.0 i visited kripalu for the first time this past week. i stayed three nights for a solo r&r retreat in a shared room. the roommate situation was absolutely fine, all of the food was wonderful, and the three group yoga practices i participated in were refreshing. i took frequent walks around the property which was just gorgeous, had a therapeutic massage and a dr. haushka facial which were both perfect, and frequented the women's whirlpool for even more relaxation. a cooking demo with executive chef, jeremy, was hilarious, fun, and informative and i even happened to be there when women of the world- a muscial/vocal group from the boston area- performed a benefit concert. they were superb musicians and it was a lovely concert for a lovely cause. i arrived with what i hoped were no expectations and i left feeling like kripalu was just what i needed. i did not want to leave - it is a truly sacred/magical/whatever-you-want-to-call-it place. i highly recommend it for anyone needing a self-care boost like i needed- i definitely plan to return!

Rated 5.0 Such a wonderful experience and gift for myself for my 26th birthday. "Story Alchemy: Transform Your Life Through Loving Questions" was just what I needed. The community both in my workshop and throughout the retreat center was so warm and welcoming. I am not vegetarian or vegan, but love a hearty salad, so I was more than fine with the food. But don't expect meat protein at all meals. I would recommend a private room despite the added cost. My accommodations in the main building felt like I was back in a college dorm- nothing but a bed and dresser with a hall bath (and sink in the room!) but just right for the simple living aspect of the retreat. I plan to return annually if not more. I am so grateful for this experience

Rated 5.0 Such a serene place, full of beauty, positive energy and love. I had the honor of sharing space with some incredible people at the "Soul Shifts" seminar with the ever lovely Dr. Barbara DeAngelis. What a transformational weekend! Thank you, Kripalu, for hosting Dr. DeAngelis and our group. Please, please, please, bring her back for a "Goddess Seminar" soon!!Thank you for giving us space to shift. Thank you for your nurturing, delicious food. Thank you for the comfortable space to lay our heads at night. Thank you for giving us a safe place to contemplate, and stew in everything we learned. Thank you to your staff, for being amazing. Finally, thank you to Kimberly, Master Reikk Healer Extraordinaire!! I am still tingling!!! Blessings to you all!
