I was in Sunnyvale for work for 3 weeks and decided to find an affordable rental as opposed to using Lyft and carpools all the time. Renting with Rent-a-mile has been the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! They were quick getting back to me with an offer, flexible about rental contract length, had a variety of cars to choose from, super affordable, and even brought the car to me and picked it up for a small extra fee. The car was not new but it drove well and was 100% reliable which was all that mattered to me. I can highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for an affordable rental in the area. Definitely 5 stars. Very clear rules, no hidden fees. Manager Roman always trying to help. Clean, comfort, economical cars. Amazing option for short and long term. Because average rental price is 10-14$ per day (what is really low for the Bay Area). In general, renting with this company is zero stress. Next time when I will rent a car, Roman will be the first person on the list.

I rented with Roman for 3 months during an internship out here in the bay area and the entire experience was easy and pleasant! The cars themselves are basic and extremely well priced for the bay area. But the cars themselves always drove well and got me from A to B without any problems whatsoever. Would recommend and use again when I come back to the bay area.

Rent-A-Mile totally saved my short stay in California. After an exhausting search for a regular car rental deal, I came across this start-up. Little suspicious at the beginning, total pleasant surprise, and great savings at the end. Yeah, the low-cost cars are nothing fancy, but it run well and get you around. Prices are straightforward, no hidden fees, everything works perfectly. And superior customer service on top of all this - I will definitely rent a car here again. Roman is a truly nice and friendly guy, always striving to make many extra steps for the customers. I wish I can give more stars!

One of the most reasonable car rentals in the Bay area.The cars are a bit old but you can get your work done of daily commute at great prices. Roman is very helpful with everything, be it swapping the car or getting some maintenance issues resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Great value and exactly what I was looking for. The car (a 2007 Matrix) although old is in great mechanical condition, and I have no worries about my wife driving it. The price is very good, way better than I could get anywhere else, and aside from a delay at the start due apparently to high demand, the rental process went smoothly. We have not finished the rental yet, but I expect this to turn out to be a great solution to our family's temporary shortage of cars.
