Rated 5.0 If I knew that my driver was going to be an hour late back to the terminal, I would have gotten my monies worth in the city. Without even an apology and before anyone was seated the lights were turned off and he was gone. So disappointed and disgusted!! Terrible service and will be telling my friends and family to switch to another service for our New York trips.

Rated 5.0 A true driver 1- knows his vehicle inside and out 2- knows the roads inside and out 3 -uses common sense when driving That being said Martz you have very few true drivers If there is traffic use an alternative route Why would you fight to get in a lane that is not moving and sit in traffic for 45 minutes then tell passengers it's beyond your control. Smh. If you knew another route you could control the situation

Rated 5.0 My 6pm out of Port Authority is currently broke down on the side of I-80, 15 miles from the gap for an hour! 6+ other Martz buses passed us by. As if cutting service and raising prices wasn't bad enough. I assume it's easy to not care when you have a monopoly in the marketplace.

Rated 5.0 Since it is Memorial Day, you would think there would be adequate buses in the evening back to NYC. Nope! As an overnight commuter, I heavily rely on the 730pm bus from DWG/ Stroudsburg stop to get me into work on time. That was simply not the case today. At 740pm, the ticket agent made the announcement than due to holiday traffic, the next estimated time a bus would arrive was 30 minutes. That the 730pm filled at Mt. Pocono, an empty bus was behind it and the 745 behind the empty bus. This forced myself and 3 other commuters who could not be late to work to carpool into the city. Not only is that a wasted bus ticket, but that's an added cost for gas, tolls and parking. I choose to ride the bus to avoid the stress of driving in and of course Martz would never compensate for this incident. Although safe and courteous, this company is almost never reliable.

Rated 5.0 On Thursday, November 3, 2016 I travelled on a Martz bus from Philadelphia, Pa., to Scranton, Pa., leaving Philadelphia at 5:30 PM, arriving in Scranton at 9:00 PM. After the driver checked my ticket, I was about to leave my luggage for him to put in the bin when he said, "the first bin." He would not put my luggage in the bin. I have never, ever been treated this way by any driver any time I travelled by bus. I watched out the window of the bus and he did this with every passenger. After I put my luggage in the bin, as I stood up, I banged my head on the door of the bin, very hard. I now have a large, very sore bump on my head. I have an appointment with my Doctor to examine my head. I have the ticket. I do not have the driver's name, but I'm sure you can trace it back to him by the ticket.
