A teacher or coach or Guru is the one who shows the path of knowledge. As a graduate and a post graduate student the founder of MeetMy.coach was a tutor in his student life. If you have the knowledge, then why not. So yes, you can. If you are good and your students like you , you can find you place among the plethora of experienced and qualified coaches and tutors at MeetMy.coach. It is not the age but milage that matters in life. Join MeetMy.coach, promote yourself , do your tuitions and coaching sessions end to end.

At present we do not charge any amount to the tutors or coaches who are registered with us. It is FREE. You can list your hourly price and get payment from the student. In future you will be able to list and promote your skills as a coach or trainer for free. When the student pays the tuition fee, we will charge a portion of that fee. We will provide you with all the receipts so that your payment and money management is hassle free.

If you have expertise in multiple domains feel free to choose and add those domains to your profile. Keep your description short and crisp. Avoid jargons and be flexible on your rates. Choose your domain. If you have multiple domains then you can register more than once with different domains. You have the flexibility to express yourself differently each time. E.g. one profile as a maths coach and one as a Music coach. You can showcase your talent in a number of ways. This will allow your profile to be popular among targeted audience. Promote yourself , if you have the credentials , show it . Upload videos , certifications and honours. Let people know about you. You can also promote yourself via social media or even through word of mouth. The more people know about you the more easily they will come to you as students. Find your niche , always wow your students with your USP ( unique selling proposition).

At MeetMy.coach we send you notifications when a student sends a request. The notification come via email. These requests can be coaching request or an initial video chat request. You can also respond to student requests via chat option during sessions. Finally you should respond quickly so that you are the first one to talk to the student. Generally students would send multiple requests and then they would usually make a choice within top three responses. In future we will be promoting the coaches or tutors who respond frequently.

A student is able to cancel as long as the sessions are not planned. Once the sessions are accepted and payment is taken , there is no cancellation refund. If on a rare case a cancellation of payment and refund does occur then MeetMy.coach will compensate the coach or the tutor the hourly fee.

At present MeetMy.coach does not have any payment arrangement with coaches or tutors who are registering on the website. The coach or the tutor can take the payment outside the system. In future there will be a commission fee which will be taken on the hourly charge of the tutor. We will collect the money from the student , take the commission and credit the balance to your designated bank account. Payments will be made via secure 3rd party payment gateways. We do not hold any payment information.

It’s very simple. You can either select any of the popular domains like Maths, Science, Sprots etc. or type the domain you are looking for in search. At present the result will take you to a general list of coaches or tutors. Going forward you shall be able to search based on your domain and your city. Once you have found a coach or a tutor of your choice you can directly send a message by using the CONNECT button. An email will be sent to the coach or tutor and he /she will respond to you.

If you want to meet your coach or tutor and reach out to him / her you need to register. Registration will help you to become a member of the meet my coach family. Every time you can log in using your email id. In your dashboard you will be able to view your status like how many tutors you applied to or what is the status of your lessons etc. Coaches and teachers will also be able to reach out to you via your email and send you notifications. Finally you will be able to receive communications from MeetMy.coach via your email. We encourage your long time association with your coach or trainer in the platform.

We request coaches , tutor and trainers to be honest , transparent and maintain integrity. At the time of registration coaches need to add evidence of their coaching history, certifications, awards and associations which can be verified against their personal data. Those coaches or tutors who teach children and minors need to share their Children’s check license number as required by law if they belong to a certain region. E.g. Australia. We accept reviews from students or coachees who are registered at MeetMy.Coach. We accept reviews only from our registered students. Students can give a rating to the teacher or coach at the end of all the sessions. There is a separate review process done with the students only at the end of a session. The student’s feedback is considered and anonymously shared with the Coach or Teacher. For repeated poor reviews the coach or tutor may be requested to improve or leave the platform. Going forward we plan to proceed with automatic security checks with tutors and coaches at the time registration of the coaches and tutors.

At present we do not have a payment module at Meetmy.coach. So we do not take Fees. At the end of a lesson you and your coach can decide the amount and mode of payment. We have no say there. In other words at present MeetMy.coach is FREE. Going forward you will be able to pay through MeetMy.coach once a session is booked. We will do a direct debit from your payment method ( E.g. Credit or Debit card ) in a secure and seamless manner to pay the coach for his /her fees. There is no monthly charge. There are no other Fees. It is simple and Easy.

At present we do not have a payment module at Meetmy.coach. So we do not take Fees. So there is no refund scenario. Just visit the site and reach out to your favourite coach or teacher. It is FREE to search and register. You only need to pay the teacher his /her fees. In future we will introduce a payment module and refund rules. If you have taken a session or class then there is generally no refund. Under conditions like hardships , system errors or other exigencies a refund can be considered on a case by case basis.

At present you can connect with your tutor or coach at www.meetmy.coach and have as many sessions or lessons you like. If you decide that he/she is not the best match for you , you can select any other tutor or coach on the same domain. In future you will be able to have an initial session with a coach and if you do not like him or her you can change. However, once the next sessions are set and you cancel them your payment cannot be refunded. So your initial session is the best time to test your fitment with a coach or tutor. There is no limit to the number of tutors you can reach out to and have an initial free session. There is only one free session per tutor or coach.
