More than just a yoga studio. nava yoga center offers community, expertise and alignment centered instruction appropriate for the beginner student up to the professional athlete in South Philadelphia's Navy Yard. Our specialty is injury prevention and rehabilitation, making our classes informed, safe and challenging in all the right ways. We value stability over flexibility. And we'll work with your doctor, physical therapist and you to assess the kind of yoga you need one-on-one to maximize performance at home, at work or on the sports field. Alongside our full schedule of Vinyasa (flow) classes Monday to Saturday, we offer specialized classes for Beginners, Yoga Wall, Prenatal, Restorative Yoga with Massage and Yogapuncture.
