Rated 5.0 The BEST studio.The girls at the front desk, the owners, and the teachers have created a warm and welcoming environment, classes are challenging and creative, and the space is beautiful and clean. Couldn't ask for a better studio to call home

Rated 5.0 I have lost 12 lbs since starting yoga here back in November and I have never felt healthier or happier than I do now. The staff and instructors are so welcoming and kind and it makes for an amazing experience every single time I step into the studio. You are impacting people's lives more than you know! Thank you guys for all that you do.

Rated 5.0 This is my favorite yoga studio in the city! It has a great variety of teachers and the schedule provides so many options for what and when to practice!

Rated 5.0 I'm picky with yoga spots. I want vinyasa with music. I want to get a good sweat and feel welcomed not intimidated. I want there to be modifications without feeling uncomfortable. I want an instructor who can talk us through some of the spirituality without going too far or telling us his/her problems.

Rated 5.0 This place is incredible for yogis of every level. It's the most beautiful studio in the city. No where else compares. The teachers manage to teach to all levels in one class. There is a wonderful community feel. The people are friendly. Great place for mind and body wellness!
