About North Atlanta Primary Care

North Atlanta Primary Care is a full-service primary care practice including Family Physicians, Internists, and Physician Assistants devoted to providing the highest quality medical care available. We are available and accessible to our patients easily and quickly. Dr. Abi Senthivel is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician, who joined NAPC in 2015, after completing her Family Medicine Residency from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She currently practices full-time at our Cumming office. She is originally from India, where she graduated from Stanley Medical College. She worked in India for a while, before she moved to the US with her husband. She now lives with her husband and two loving children in Cumming. Dr. Senthivel believes in treating each person as a whole, mind, body and spirit rather than treating individual disease entities. She enjoys taking care of everyone from kids to grandpas and grandmas. She is a staunch believer that healthy living can be achieved by incorporating integrative and preventive medicine with mainstream medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Georgia Academy of Family Physicians. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family. She likes to travel and try new things. She also loves cooking and baking, especially different recipes from other cultures. She is fluent in Tamil.
