Dr. Monal Shah has over 15 years of experience practicing general pediatrics and providing pediatric pulmonary care for children’s lung diseases including asthma. Dr. Shah is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Emory University in Department of Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Shah is fellowship trained at University of California San Francisco in pediatric pulmonary medicine. After that, she conducted research as a research fellow at Stanford University. Dr.Shah completed her medical education from BJ Medical College, Gujarat University, one of the top 20 medical schools in India. She went on to complete her pediatric residency in India. After coming to the United States she started her residency in Pediatrics at Woodhull Medical Center, New York. Dr.Shah is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Pulmonary medicine. Pediatrics and pediatric pulmonary is Dr. Shah’s passion. She is well-rounded and very hands-on in taking care of her pediatric patients and enjoys taking care of difficult pediatric lung diseases.
