Rated 1.0 The worst dentist office I've ever stepped into. First thoughts- seems run down- the sign out front gives that impression. Second thoughts- how dirty and run down the inside was. I should have looked at the low ratings/reviews before scheduling which is my fault. Worst part by far was the incredibly rude, smart ass office manager. She had attitude from the minute she took over for the other office lady. Asking me things like "Did you see her name is like that on her insurance card?" "ok well, your going to need to get that fixed." Since the place was so run down- I asked if I was going to be able to go back with my daughter who is 8 years old to which the office manager who was in such a hurry replied that she will go back for her x-rays and and cleaning and then they will get me back at some point. I then replied I think we will find somewhere else we can go where I can go back with her and the MANAGER replies, well, do you go to school with her?" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! You need a new office manager asap! Someone who is NICE AND PLEASANT unlike her. Good luck with this place. (& don't come back with your standard response to BAD reviews and tell me that my child is not in your system and this review is fake which is also a BAD way to respond to criticism and run your business.)

Rated 5.0 Spare yourself the grief and just go somewhere else. My first impression walking into this office with how dirty it was. Then I saw how chaotic the office was run and I was immediately alarmed. I should have left. Once called to the back things didn’t get any better. Was told my children would need silver color fillings and crowns. They wanted to sedate and strapdown my two-year-old for all of this. Not in their office but at a second location maybe an outpatient office

Rated 5.0 I did not go in with my kids. After the examination they told me my sons needed a bunch of silver-colored fillings(which I did not want). On the way to what was to be the 2nd visit my kids indicated that the dentist or whoever looked at there teeth was rude and insulted them telling them they had bad hygiene. I was appalled and turned around. I took them to the dentist my husband uses and after examination they told me my sons didn't have any cavities! You are thieving and unprofessional.

Rated 5.0 The staff is not mindful of parents times. I drove an hour to the location for an appointment scheduled 6 months prior to advise my children can not be seen because the dentist isn't there. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not visit again.
