NU Car Rental

Rated 4.0 You never ever get the you réservés. Car was in good condition with low mileage

Rated 5.0 We were in need of a car rental for our family vacation to LA. I ended up using Hotwire’s Hot Deal to book our rental. After the transaction was complete I learned that our car rental would be through NU. Having never heard of this place, I of course, went to the internet to check them out. The reviews were TERRIBLE!!! I read stories about how people reserved cars and then when they came to pick the car up, it wasn’t available. I read how terrible customer service was, and the list goes on and on. I immediately felt panicked about our rental. I knew for sure our vacation was going to start out terribly dealing with this place. I even called Hotwire to see if they would change car companies for me. Two hours later and no luck, our fate was sealed. We landed in LA on Monday and followed the directions from NU’s website for transportation from the airport to the Westin (Nu is located in their lobby). Getting to the Westin was very easy. We did have to wait in line for a little bit to get our car but I have to tell you our experience was GREAT! The staff was friendly, the car was great and we were very happy!!! Please do not let the horrible reviews sway you from using this company.

Rated 5.0 Flew out to LAX at the end of April 2019 and had amazing service. Easy, quick, and simple!
