As an Ayurveda practitioner and Yoga Teacher, Arpita’s intention is to integrate the sister sciences of Ayurveda and yoga to provide a unique class with a holistic approach to the mind, body, and spirit. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. For Arpita, yoga is not just a form of exercise but it´s a path towards a better life. Her classes are designed to offer alignment focused practice, where each postures are explored, modifications are given to either deepen for the advanced practitioners or ease into for the beginning student. Her each class is unique, variety-packed, and designed to challenge a wide range of fitness and yoga levels. Arpita also offers private yoga classes, where she assess your needs and design a practice specifically for you. Classes: Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Flow Class, Gentle Yoga.
