Nalini Madiwale, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. With more than 26 years in ophthalmology, Dr. Madiwale specializes in glaucoma cases, comprehensive ophthalmology, secondary and tertiary glaucoma care and specialty surgeries. Dr. Nalini Madiwale has been practicing and teaching medicine in the United States since the 1980s. She shared her expertise in surgeries for glaucoma and other diseases of the eye in Massachusetts and Rochester, New York before joining Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region in 1999. Alongside her medical practice, Dr. Nalini Madiwale has had the honor of serving on the faculty of two of the world’s most prestigious medical schools: Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts and at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Rochester, New York. She ran a satellite clinic in Chelsea for Massachusetts General Hospital on the behalf of Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary as well as taught as the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary.
