This is the second time I have used Optimal Loans and just like the previous time Karan didn't fail to deliver. He was very responsive and informative during the process, he answered all my questions (I had a lot) in a very timely manner. He was able to find me the most competitive rate with zero closing cost. They had my application clear to close in less than 20 days. Karan is my mortgage guy and I will be using him for all my mortgage needs in the further. In addition, we loved how we could easily approach Karan our loan officer, for any questions or concerns even if they were at times redundant. He was available any time of the week and kept us in touch through the whole process. He really made it easy for us. I just bought my first home and Karan was awesome! Our loan was stuck at another institution, and we were told that our Debt to Income was too high and we did not qualify. Karan was recommended to us as an alternative solution by our realtor. When we came to Karan, we knew instantly we were in good hands, he was very genuine and understood our need and urgency.
