It was pleasure experience with Nila Patel from house hunting to house purchase. I am very glad we chose Nila Patel as our realtor. I felt She always pointed us in the right direction. We were looking to a townhouse, but she suggested for a little more money (or instead of paying HOA), we could live in a nice house with great backyard. Hurrayyyyy!
