Rated 1.0 Incompetent administrative and medical staff. Example, staff refuses to allow resident to see personal medical doctor because they claim they have their own doctor on staff; however, doctor has not visited said patient since he checked into nursing home 2 years ago. The staff also loses personal items (e.g., clothes despite name permanently written on them). They also keep money from the resident, after they've already received their payment from Medicare/Medicaid. They put the money in the patient's "depository" account; but, give patients a difficult time when they want to withdraw the funds. Finally, the place is just plain dirty.

Rated 2.0 With the exception of some excellent staff members, everyone from Admin to the CNA's need to take extensive seminars/webinars on how to communicate with the families of the residents. My mom was a nurse for 25 yrs before her passing and she would never speak to people the way some of the staff do. This profession requires individuals to look at this as more than a job, if you cannot do that please find a new job immediately.

Rated 1.0 Most of the employees are working for A check ,not actually because this is a job they love ... You have to care for others they leave patients sitting in urine and feces you complain about it and it continues I don't like how they treat the elderly

Rated 4.0 Nurses are great especially nurse Yvette she is very kind and helpful to my mother . The staff is always pleasant and ready to help you the front desk greets you with a smile and a pleasant greeting when you enter . My Mother tells me everyone is very nice at Park Crescent .
