Parthiv began his banking career in 2004 as a Licensed Personal Banker with Fifth Third Bank in Highland Park, IL. In the earlier part of his career Parthiv held various retail branch management positions from managing traditional locations to developing and growing the bank’s DeNovo locations. While managing multiple retail locations, Parthiv excelled in Business Development and Commercial Lending. In 2009 Parthiv was appointed as Small Business Banking Team Lead and Vice President managing 13 business bankers in the Chicago market. In 2012 Parthiv joined Associated Bank as Senior Bank Manger responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations of the Elgin location while focusing on Commercial Lending. Parthiv joined First Eagle Bank as Vice President in 2015. In Addition, Parthiv is active in numerous networking and charitable organizations. For fun, Parthiv likes to play golf, play cricket, and spend time with the family.
