Rated 1.0 worst experience i have ever experienced. if you want to screwup in your home buying process you can go with this worst us bank and their mortgage officers. because i screwed up myself by choosing this bank. they make your life hell until your loan process ends. firstly i didn't get my appraisal what i expected and there is a much difference in appraisal and purchase price. so i have to pay more money in downpayment which makes me penniless. they don't give you incentives what they promised for lending loan. this pooja (my loan officer) she will say she is working and pusing alot. but in fact she dont. she simply cheating her clients. even after all of this they can even change locked interest rate. which makes them cheating their clients.on top of that they will make you homeless by not closing your house on time. my case i gave notice to my land lord after postponing twice also they didnt close my application. i had to stay in motel which cost me extra. thay will play with your trust. please dont go with this so called US bank for mortagage.

Rated 1.0 I will give less then 1 star if it's possible, did my refinance application and it took 4 months to process the application. I was told I am getting an good rate and i will need to be an patient because of this . Never saw an loan officer did this kind of work where customers are waiting for an answer and there is no response from the loan officer. Finally i have to cancel my application as i was frustrated waiting to get an approval. Note that whatever was mentioned to me I did it which includes giving all the documents and also paying all the debt . Very Pathetic service, even if you are getting an rate better with her don't do it as this is not worth it and may not be closed anyways.
